Check out Linseed Oil to condition the wood. I have used this Beans in painting houses on raw wood on the exterior, then we painted over it Registered User with Kilz and then paint. This was a very moldy area we were preparing. Joined: Saturday, 22nd of May 2010, 17:25:16 Posts: 1639 Viewed 7838 times

you need to treat the timber first before using it, I think Stevie Poo that is the first step.Oh! but I have another idea, what about fibre glass Registered User with a wooden finishing, and actually it should be put on hollow bricks, I Joined: Wednesday, 21st of April 2010, 02:23:15 hope I am communicating across.Better still if you could make it like Posts: 212 cabin logs!!!! How tropical is the country? Macho Registered User I've lived in the tropics for a couple of years in two different countries Joined: Tuesday, 25th of May 2010, 05:25:57 and no one builds out of wood. It is not because of water rot, but because Posts: 1333 ants will eat anyting wooden in a matter of a few years. The very poorest Viewed 11213 times might make a shed/house out of wood but they know they will have to rebuild
it every few years and they are just flimsy sheds.
